[-faʊn'deɪʃn], eine 1926 von Charles Stewart Mott (* 1875, ✝ 1973; ab 1906 einer der Hauptaktionäre, ab 1913 auch einer der Direktoren der General Motors Corporation) in Flint (Michigan) errichtete Stiftung. Sie gehört zu den finanzstärksten Stiftungen der USA. Schwerpunkte der Tätigkeit liegen im Bildungs- und Gesundheitswesen.
